Hi, my name is Katrina Kotkowski, I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Fast Track Occupational Health. I have been performing DOT medical exams since 2019 and am a Federal Motor Carrier Saftety Administration certified medical examiner.

Fast Track Occupational Health was started to make required exams easier, more accessible, and less disruptive for drivers and employers. By offering mobile, on-site exams, my goal is to save you time while still providing thorough, high-quality care in a comfortable and professional setting.

As a family nurse practitioner, I take a practical, patient-centered approach to every exam. I believe medical evaluations should be efficient, respectful, and stress-free — whether you’re a commercial driver renewing your DOT card or an employer onboarding new team members.
