Hi, my name is Katrina Kotkowski, I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Fast Track Occupational Health. I’m a certified medical examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and have been performing DOT medical exams since 2019.

I created this service to make required exams easier, more accessible, and less disruptive for drivers and employers. By offering mobile, on-site exams, my goal is to save you time while still providing thorough, high-quality care in a comfortable and professional setting.

As a family nurse practitioner, I take a practical, patient-centered approach to every exam. I believe medical evaluations should be efficient, respectful, and stress-free — whether you’re a commercial driver renewing your DOT card or an employer onboarding new team members.
